You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

We operate an independent OTC desk that facilitates the sale of USDT for INR. Rates shown are indicative and may change at any time based on market conditions. Final rates are confirmed at the time of deal on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Advance INR payment is made to the seller before USDT is transferred. Once the advance is received, the seller must transfer the agreed USDT amount to the wallet address provided. Delays or non-delivery after receiving advance may result in legal action.

You are responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, UPI IDs and bank details you provide. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by you.

The service may not be used for money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction involving funds from illicit sources. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any deal at our discretion.

Cryptocurrency trading involves risk including price volatility and regulatory changes. You acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and that we do not provide financial or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
